Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Raign Merch and the movement.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.Requests made after the 14-day window unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in original condition

• Include original packaging

• Have no stains, odors, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Worn or used apparel

• Items damaged after delivery

• Final sale items

• Items returned after the 14-day return window


How to Start a Return

Include the following information:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you want to return

• The reason for the return


If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
